We ship worldwide. No matter where your order is coming from, your products will be safely packed and sent to your doorstep. 

We offer FREE international shipping services to below countries.

  • US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India
  • EU countries - Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING?

Please allow up to 1-3 busines days for order processing.

  • 8 -10 days to US, Canda orders
  • 8 -10 days UK 
  • 10 -15 days Australia, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, New Zealand
  • 18 - 20 days Austria, Belgium, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, India
  • Tracking will be provided
*Do expect longer shipping duration due to the COVID-19 situation with a reduced number of flights and manpower.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, we do but there might be minimum quantites requirement. Please email the products and needs to info@cozimarket.com for more details. 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Expedite shipping is available but additional fee will be charged. Please contact info@cozimarket.com if you want expedite shipping. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 30 days following receipt or your parcel.

In any case the item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR TAXES?

For EU countries, starting from July 1 2021, new IOSS requires all commercial goods imported into the EU from a third country or third territory will be subject to VAT irrespective of their value. Our carriers in EU require us to proof VAT payment for shipping out each order.

To make the process easier for the buyer, we will charge VAT at the time of purchase, and therefore buyers do not face any surprising fees or taxes when the goods are delivered.
